I personally decided over two years ago to focus a lot of my business on foreclosure prevention by focusing on Bank Short Sales. I have closed several BANK APPROVED SHORT SALES with lenders such as Countrywide, JP Morgan, Citi Bank, Chase Bank, Welsfargo just to name a few as home owners need our experience more then ever these days.

Yesterday, I received a call from a person wanting to sell his home a Bank Approved Short Sale. But he explained to me that the Realtor he has used in the past told him he was not interested in doing a short sale because all the time and work that involved in doing a short sale ? I nicely said him lets make an appointment next week and lets review your situation and see if we can get this home off your back. The sooner we get a majority of the foreclosure homes sold the sooner we return to a normal real estate market here and around the country. Everyone should try and do their part to help.

I still continue to list and sell homes that are not in the foreclosure process, but helping out people and the real estate industry is just the " Right Thing To Do " in helping people, as it is difficult time for many.
